The past weeks have been marked by intense legislative work in the European Union.
The European Commission is addressing a very broad spectrum of issues, yet Business & Science Poland focuses on those areas most crucial for Polish enterprises. Polish industry needs clear and predictable regulatory frameworks. CBAM and ETS must safeguard competitiveness, transport investments should lower costs, and simplifying environmental legislation will give companies the space to grow faster. Equally important are stable frameworks for the CO₂ market and infrastructure – without them, the transition will not sustain either jobs or production in Poland.
