The roundtable discussion: "The Regional Dimension of Dual-Use in the 2028-2034 Financial Perspective”

On behalf of East Poland House and Business & Science Poland, we would like to invite you to participate in an expert roundtable discussion "The Regional Dimension of Dual-Use in the 2028-2034 Financial Perspective” focusing on the role of regions in the development of dual-use solutions and defence capabilities in the post-2027 period.

The meeting will take place on 19 November 2026 at the Business & Science Poland office in Brussels, Rue Belliard 40.

The discussion will focus on the potential for developing dual-use projects under the 2028–2034 financial perspective, as well as on identifying the needs and challenges related to preparing for the new financial perspective. The debate will also provide an opportunity to exchange experiences and identify possible areas for cooperation between regional administrations, EU institutions, businesses, including the defence sector, and experts.

Meeting’s agenda:

10:00–10:30 - Registration and welcome coffee

10:30–12:00 - Roundtable discussion - moderated discussion with the participation of all attendees

12:00–13:00 - Networking lunch
