On behalf of Business & Science Poland (BSP) and CEE Digital Coalition, we are delighted to invite you to a an expert e-roundtable “Digital Markets Act in practice: Implications for Europe’s competitiveness and the emerging CEE digital hub”. The discussion will take place online on 1 April 2026.
The Digital Markets Act represents one of the most ambitious regulatory initiatives shaping Europe’s digital economy. By introducing ex-ante obligations for large online platforms designated as “gatekeepers”, the DMA aims to ensure fairness and contestability in digital markets, while opening new opportunities for businesses and innovators across the European Union.
The purpose of this expert e-roundtable is to explore how the DMA may shape Europe’s digital competitiveness and the development of emerging digital ecosystems in CEE. The event will provide a platform for policymakers, industry representatives and experts to reflect on the opportunities and risks associated with the new regulatory framework and its implications for innovation, investment and economic growth in the region.
