• growing trade pressure and changes in EU trade policy,
• new and existing regulatory and financial instruments, including CBAM, the EU ETS, and emerging carbon credit mechanisms,

• initiatives supporting industry and transformation, including the Clean Industrial Deal,
• regulations affecting the chemical sector and actions aimed at ensuring the security and availability of fertilizers, including the Fertiliser Action Plan,
• product safety control with regards to its impact on the end consumer, in the context of the risk of growth of the illicit market
• the impact of EU policies on agricultural production, including the CAP, environmental initiatives, and carbon farming frameworks,
• maintaining production and competitiveness in Europe across the entire value chain — from fertilizers to food processing.
