Toward a Fair & Effective European Competitiveness Fund: a CEE perspective

On behalf of Business & Science Poland and MEP Krzysztof Hetman (EPP, Poland), we invite you to a roundtable meeting entitled: “Toward a Fair & Effective European Competitiveness Fund: a CEE Perspective.”

The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss the design of the European Competitiveness Fund (ECF), key opportunities and risks for Central and Eastern Europe, and practical recommendations to ensure effective support for industry and SMEs, including in the context of the Multiannual Financial Framework 2028–2034.

Participants will include representatives of industry, EU institutions, public authorities, and financial stakeholders.

The event will feature statements by:

• MEP Krzysztof Hetman (EPP, Poland),
• Witold Strzelecki, Managing Director, Business & Science Poland,
• representatives of the European Commission and the Council,

followed by a discussion moderated by Marcel Bartczak, Policy Advisor at Business & Science Poland.
