“Brussels is today the centre of both business and all climate-related decision-making. This is where the most important legislative discussions take place, which is why Member States must develop their positions in advance - just as we do in Warsaw - so that they can then present them at the EU level,” said Dariusz Dybka, Principal Advisor at Business & Science Poland, in an interview with Polska Press.
